Our work is not done. We will continue to unlearn and learn, to accept that we must make changes and speak up to encourage others to make changes, to amplify the voices of those that have been muted for far too long.
By collaborating with talented black artists, we're ensuring that we can continue to give back to communities of colour. Each artist is commissioned for a piece that will be printed on our organic cotton and upcycled fabric bags. 50% of profits will be donated to an initiative of the artists choice.
This first print is by the very talented lettering artist, Jessica McAplin (@jessica_verie). You can also find more of her work here. Jessica has chosen the Loveland Foundation for our donations. The Loveland Foundation "brings opportunity and healing to communities of colour, and especially to black women and girls.Through fellowships, residency programs, listening tours, and more"
