Manufacturer Defects

If your item arrives with a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund once the issue has been confirmed.

Returns for Unsatisfied Customers

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

- The item must be unused
- The item must be in the same condition as when it was received
-The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us at hello@themarketbags.ca with your order number and reason for return, and we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund.
