LOCAL PICK UP:

You can select this option as a Kelowna local when ordering online. Save paper as well as any delivery or shipping fees! Pick up days are currently 7 days a week, 10 am-6pm from our home studio in the north Rutland area.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our bags are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. We advise you to inspect them upon receipt. You have 30 days following receipt to return any products which were damaged in transit or have manufacturing defects.

Except for exceptional cases involving an administrative error on our part, no refunds will be given.

Any return of merchandise will be inspected by us. Bags with manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced with the same or similar bags. Please contact us before returning to hello@themarketbags.ca

Orders cancelled after fulfillment, but before shipment or pickup will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
