Returns
Our bags are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. We advise you to inspect them upon receipt. You have 30 days following your purchase to return any products which were damaged in transit or have manufacturing defects.
Except for exceptional cases involving an administrative error on our part, no refunds will be given.
Any return of merchandise will be inspected by us. Bags with manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced with the same or similar bags. Please contact us before returning to hello@themarketbags.ca
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@themarketbags.ca and send your item to: The Market Bags 1604 Rutland rd N, Kelowna, BC, V1X4Z6
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
